How will my order be shipped?

During the check out you can choose to pick up your order in the store (no shipping costs included) or send it via a parcel service (no shipping costs included in Belgium and neighboring countries for orders above 75€). As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be delivered at the parcel service on the next working day. Usually it takes 2-3 working days before the order is delivered to you.

 

How much shipping costs do I need to pay for my order?

Your order will be shipped for free in Belgium and its neighboring countries for orders above 75€. For orders below 75€, you pay a shipping cost of 5€. In the rest of the European Union, orders are shipped for 15€ and for free for orders above 150€.

Can I pick up my order in the store?

During the check out you can choose to pick up your order in the store. When you choose this method, no shipping costs are included. Your order remains available in the shop for 14 days. You can pick up your order during the store's opening hours

 

When will my order be delivered?

We do our very best to deliver your order to the parcel delivery service on the next working day. Usually it takes 2-3 working days before the order is delivered to you. If the order needs to be delivered in a country outside Belgium, it can take 2-10 working days. 

 

Can I return a product from my order?

Yes, this is possible. You can do this up to 14 calendar days after receiving your order. An essential prerequisite to return products is that you have handled and inspected them as you should be allowed to do in the store. Thus, there may be no depreciation of the product (eg. damage). To return the product through a parcel delivery service, you will need to pay the rquired shipping costs. You can also choose to bring back your product to the store. When you choose this method, no shipping costs are included. We will refund you the amount of the product as soon as possible!

 

Can I exchange a product from my order? 

Yes, that is possible. You can exchange the product free of charge in the store. If you prefer to arrange the exchange by using a parcel delivery service, you will need to pay for the required shipping costs.
